JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners being faced with the issue of maintainability of the present writ petition, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition in order to approach the competent Consumer Court having appropriate jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate complaint petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned Consumer Court/Authority having appropriate jurisdiction would adjudicate the grievances of the petitioners on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
