JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 979 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 354 (B) (D), 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant in the office. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is aged about 62 years and at that time he was Sub Inspector. Further submission is that there is a delay of 10 days in lodging the F.I.R.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the

No.59432 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 petitioner may move before the learned court below for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court and if possible, be disposed of on the same day.
