2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant, Rohit Kumar Singh, alleged that all the named accused persons including this petitioner killed his brother. Informant claims that he saw the accused persons including this petitioner fleeing from the crime scene.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is housewife, having no criminal antecedent, and she has been falsely implicated in this case due to rivalry. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, it is a case of accidental death. Police, after investigation, submitted chargesheet under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 804 of 2023.
