Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 395 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and Dinesh Rajwansi were arrested and the amount of Rs. 3,30,000/- was recovered from the possession of Dinesh Rajwansi. The petitioners confessed their guilt of participating in the crime. The petitioners have criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.08.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61208 of 2022(4) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners are rejected herewith.

The District Judge, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to conclude the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
