2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2024.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant reached the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused while they were manufacturing liquor. On search, 8 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68028 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 this case. He has submitted further that in the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, he is on bail. The petitioner is under custody since 28.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court No. 1st, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case of similar nature except which have been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
