The petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2019 in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 172/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were travelling in a car in which certain recoveries were made. However, the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged recoveries and they have no criminal history. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
