This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47(A) and 47(E) of the Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while she was preparing mahua liquor. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.04.2016 and is a female.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 205 of 2016 arising out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 G.R. No. 699 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Madhepura, or successor Court.
