2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6) and 3(5) of the B.N.S and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 03.03.2025 at about 14:00 P.M, the accused persons followed the informant and fired upon him due to which he sustained fire-arm injury. It is further alleged that accused persons took away his motorcycle and mobile phone, Aadhar card and Rs. 1,500/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has surfaced during course of investigation on the basis of confessional

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and the fact that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 corresponding G.R. No. 374 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
