This is a public interest litigation which was filed in the year 2015 in default of appearance of the petitioner. It was dismissed on 22.02.2016. Thereafter it was restored by virtue of the order passed on 22.11.2017. When it was listed for orders on admission on 02.04.2018, it was found that the petitioner had made allegation with regard to certain construction activities which had taken place in the year 2015, more than three years back and the petitioner was directed to update the current status
Patna High Court CWJC No.16252 of 2015(4) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 of the activities indicated in the writ petition and amend the writ petition. Even though time was granted on 02.04.2018 for the said purpose, neither the current status with regard to the issue in question has been updated, nor anybody is present when the matter is taken up.
