JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 144 of 2018 dated 26.09.2018 (corresponding to POCSO Case No. 194 of 2018) instituted for the offences under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned Advocate, on instructions from Mr. Abinash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. Should such an application be filed, the court below
