2. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6, the order dated 16.05.2016 of the respondent no. 7 has been brought on record by which the petitioner has been removed from service as Prakhand Shikshak.

3. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.07.2016 but no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to assail the order of removal dated 16.05.2016 before the appropriate authority.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.05.2016, passed by the respondent no. 7, by which he has been removed from the post of Prakhand Shikshak, before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law.
