For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shantanu Kumar, APP. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioners, namely, Pawan Kumar, Santosh Kumar @ Shantesh Kumar and Shankar Kumar, in connection with Sheikhopur Police Station Case No. 68 of 2016, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the above application and materials on record.
Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44180 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
