1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or direction to quash office order no.34 dated 23/08/2007 whereby and where under respondent no No.3 has passed the order of adjustment of Rs.42, 716 from the salary of petitioner and it has been realised from the salary of petitioner after its payment so, direction may be given to refund it to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited submits that the petitioner has already been paid a sum of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15007 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 Rs.58,547/- by a cheque dated 05.03.2024, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, then the present writ petition be disposed off, while, reserving liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent-Company. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
