2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2158 of 2011, Trial No. 3851 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in retaliation to an earlier Aurai P.S. Case No. 62 of 2006 for the murder of one Sahaniya Devi in which the complaint's husband and Devar were made accused and in which the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 were witnesses.
