Notices have already been served on the Stateopposite party as well as private opposite party No.4 but no one appears on behalf of private opposite party No.4.

Patna High Court MJC No.3458 of 2016 (4) dt.22-11-2017 After hearing the petitioner as well as the State Counsel and finding substance in the explanation for nonappearance, let the dismissal be set aside and Cr.W.J.C. aforesaid be restored subject to the cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be deposited in the Victim Compensation Fund.
