Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that the petitioner sold the land of the informant which at best constitutes a dispute of civil nature and for that no criminal prosecution is warranted. Petitioner and informant are full brothers. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17118 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
