2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2023 in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.1272/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/342/307/ 302/386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others brutally assaulted the informant and his Mama and also demanded Rs.1,00,000/- from the informant. They also took away the motorcycle of the informant as mortgage. Later on, they were admitted in N.M.C.H., Patna where the deceased Golu Kumar declared dead by the doctor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.1272/2021.

6. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial.

7. The petitioner is directed mark his attendance in Agamkuan police station on every Sunday.
