This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Twenty liters of mahua was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner which was being for preparing liquor.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 G.R. No. 100 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas, or successor Court.
