The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 9 bottles each containing 100 ml Wirof Syrup containing Codeine Phosphate and Chlorpheniramine Maleate from the store of the petitioner.
