The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 2230 of 2009, which was filed in the

Patna High Court MJC No.3831 of 2018(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 month of February, 2009 against rejection order dated 31-10-2007, whereby request of the petitioner for appointment on compensate ground was rejected. The writ petition stood dismissed on 18-03-2017 due to non-prosecution, however without any plausible explanation, the present restoration petition has been filed after more than 11⁄2 years. In such situation, there is no need to entertain the petition.

The restoration petition stands dismissed.
