In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No. 158/2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the first information report it appears that the father of the informant was surrounded by 30-40 persons (male and female) of the village-Birnia and assaulted by them. When the informant tried to save his father, but he was chased by villagers due to which he left his father and escaped from that place. The counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather it has been made against group of said male and female persons.

Chauhan, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bank in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No. 158/2015.
