1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and grudge. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.64646 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
