2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 10 litres of country made liquor has been recovered near water tank situated in village-Dehri.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.64893 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
