JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 06.04.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, IInd Class, Siwan in Complaint Case No. C-168/15 (Tr. No. 747 of 2015) whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to
