2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, dispute between parties has been settled through process of mediation which fact has come in order dated 12.5.2025, passed by this Court in Cr.Mis.No. 6879/2025 by which co-accused Ravindra Kumar @ Pappu Yadav has been granted pre-arrest bail.
4. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62998 of 2025(2) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 the contention made on behalf of petitioner and confirms the fact regarding settlement entered into between the parties.
5. Considering the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, as named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 259 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
