This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged on missing of the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, or successor Court (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
