JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015, instituted under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fardbeyan to point out that the father of the informant went to sleep in the Gwas on 20-7-2015 in the evening. On 22-72015 at about 6.15 A.M. in the morning his dead body was found. He suspected that the petitioner had a hand in the killing of his father because of the land dispute, and that the petitioner 4-5 months earlier alleged that the informant's father had illicit relationship with his wife and he was killed. Be that as it may, I direct that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaan, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
