This civil review petition is filed for review/modification of order dated 06.09.2018 passed in Civil Miscellaneous No.304 of 2018 which was dismissed as devoid of merit.

Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the 3rd paragraph of order dated 06.09.2018 it has been typed as "Manik Lall Gupta filed the suit for partition of the ancestral and self-acquired property, moveable and immoveable of his father, Late Panna Lall", in fact, Manik Lall Gupta filed the suit claiming half share in the company's shares of S.B.I. and I.T.C. purchased by his father. In this view of the fact, instead of "suit for partition of the ancestral and self-acquired property, moveable and

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner also submits that in para 4 of the said order, the words 'ancestral and selfacquired property of Panna Lall' be also deleted. Let the same be deleted.

Thus, the said order stands corrected. Let this order be read as part of the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in Civil Miscellaneous No.304 of 2018.

Accordingly, this civil review petition is disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
