JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitral Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his grievances regarding non-payment of the outstanding dues for the work done by him.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid tribunal and in case, the
