2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that through inadvertent error, the registration number of the seized truck was stated in the prosecution report as HR38G-4195 in place of the correct registration number HR38J-4195.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 in which it has been admitted that due to inadvertence, the registration number of the truck was incorrectly stated as above and the registration number of the seized truck be correctly read as HR38J-4195.

4. Having regard to the stand in the counter affidavit,

Patna High Court MJC No.3866 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 the judgment dated 05.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11924 of 2018 (Anish Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) (Annexure-1) be treated as corrected to read the registration number as "HR38J-4195 in place of "HR38G-4195" relating to the seized truck as appearing in paragraphs-2 and 4 of the said judgment.
