JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the basis of the Bench Slip as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.09.2019, flagged at 'A'. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that vide order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-III, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.189 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58458 of 2019(3) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 but, in inadvertently, in the 5th/6th line of paragraph-3 of the aforesaid order, in place of "Ram Uday Mahto (Petitioner)", it has been typed as "Ram Uday Singh (Petitioner)" and prays for modification in the aforesaid order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Court in this regard.

Let in the 5th/6th line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Court, "Ram Uday Singh (Petitioner)", it be read as "Ram Uday Mahto (Petitioner)". The order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
