The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the prosecutrix that on the assurance of marriage the victim was sexually assaulted for a long period. When the petitioner refused to enter into the marriage then she was forced to file this case. From the record and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner it appears that both have entered into marriage.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Ali Raja, be released on bail on
