Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of robbery is against unknown.
Petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on suspicion and, thereafter his confessional statement was recorded. Considering the aforesaid material, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Abhay Srivastava, learned SubJudge-IX-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas)/Successor Court, in connection with Nokha P.S. Case
