For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Manish Kumar No.2(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

15-10-2015 Two petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of deceased apprehending their arrest in Bairgania P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the F.I.R., there is specific accusation against the petitioners, which has been corroborated during investigation. Such fact has been noticed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, while rejecting the bail petition. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, the Court is of the opinion that it is not a case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47673 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 The petition stands dismissed.
