JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged, on missing of the son of the informant against unknown without expressing any suspicion against any one. Thereafter, dead body was recovered and one witness stated tht this petitioner was last seen along with the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the informant is that besides the aforesaid circumstance, there is confessional statement of some other accused. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17317 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 8 of 2017 arising out of Karandey P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, Sheikhpura, or successor Court.
