JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 147/2015, instituted under sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is the own brother of petitioner nos. 1 and 2. They live in the same house. There was some dispute and difference between the two families. It is said that both sides lodged cases and both sides received injuries. The incident took place in the house. It is further submitted that both the parties have now compromised.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners file a compromise petition before the court below which would notice the informant, and if the compromise petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47380 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 is found to be voluntarily executed by both the parties, the court below upon surrender of the petitioners, would release them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to its own satisfaction. The petitioners would file the compromise petition before the court below within four weeks.
