The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.Case No. 53 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code in which name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
