No. 16729 of 2004 which stood dismissed on account of non appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on two occasions by an order dated 18.08.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the present petition, the restoration petition is allowed and the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 16729 of 2004 is restored to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 1,000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
