In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kudhani (Turki) P.S. Case No.181 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of cheating has been made against the petitioner.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.56992 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 19.02.2016 rejected the bail application of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year's judicial custody. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48347 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 since 20.09.2015.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitionerChamcham Rai @ Jai Chandra Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani (Turki) P.S. Case No.181 of 2015.
