The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisliganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2014, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended by the Police, who got his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in eight cases, out of which he is on bail in five cases, due to that reason, the Police managed to implicate the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17550 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 since 29.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Nawada in connection with Warisliganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
