Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 198 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior reason. As a matter of fact, the present complaint has been lodged by the complainant with retaliation of the case lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the complainant and her family members which was

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 198 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
