JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for payment of leave encashment to the petitioner in the light of the notification dated 22.6.2016 issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent no.2 by filing an appropriate representation, hence respondent no.2 be directed to take appropriate decision within the stipulated time. Having regard to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.18793 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 respondent no.2 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter respondent no.2 shall take appropriate decision and if any amount is payable, he shall pay the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
