The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that informant booked two trucks, out of which one bearing registration No. CG-7CA-5637, belongs to petitioner. It is further alleged that maize was loaded on the said truck for delivery but the said maize was not delivered to destination. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted there is

The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that driver of the alleged truck, namely, Pintu Kumar was arrested. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
