1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an order or orders, direction/ directions, writ, including writ in the nature of certiorari, setting aside the merit list of Anganwari Centre No:- 329, Centre Dihuli Ishak, at ward No:-4, of Dihuli Ishak Panchayat, under Sakra Block, District Muzaffarpur, wherein the name of the petitioner appear at serial No:-5, stated Back ward in the column of Reservation, though she is Extremely
Patna High Court CWJC No.13833 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 back ward category, the date of birth of the private Respondent No:-6 is not authentic, who has been selected as Anganwari Sewika on the above mentioned centre.
(ii) For issuance of an order or orders, direction/directions, writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sewika at Centre No:- 329, Centre Dihuli Ishak, at ward No:-4 of Dihuli Ishak Gram Panchyat Raj."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
