JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2025 The instant writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- " A) For the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned Respondent authorities to immediately take action on the application dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure2) filed by the petitioner before the concerned respondents for declaration of Title on the land upon which petitioner and his family members are residing for last several decades in the light of Gazette
Patna High Court CWJC No.14395 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/3 publication dated 11.11.2014 (Annexure-1) issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department of the state govt. regarding declaration of title of the tenants on the basis of possession over the land for more than 30 years.
B) For direction to the respondent concerned to decide the issue raised by the petitioner expeditiously and after completing the all formalities and to enter his name in Jamabandi Register and to issue revenue receipt of the said land within a reasonable period.
C) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, it is submitted by petitioner's counsel that the petitioner has filed an application dated 01.07.2025 before the respondent authorities for declaration of petitioner's Title over the land in question, however, the petitioner wants to file a fresh application before the said authorities for bringing his matter under the purview of the authority's jurisdiction and with this liberty the instant writ petition may be disposed of.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with giving the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. If the petitioner avails this liberty within the next three weeks from the date of this order then the concerned authority shall decide his representation/application at the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14395 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 3/3 earliest as per the provisions of law preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of the said representation/application.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
