It appears that vide order dated 30.05.2017, the application of petitioner No.2 Arun Yadav was dismissed as infructuous. Thereafter, this application was heard on merit regarding pre-arrest bail of petitioner No.1 Arvind Yadav and petitioner No.3. Pappu Yadav on 14.11.2017, but in the aforesaid order dated 14.11.2017 the name of petitioner No.1 Arvind Yadav has wrongly been typed in place of petitioner No.2 Arun Yadav.

In view of the above, in paragraph No.1 of order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18897 of 2017 (6) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 dated 14.11.2017, the Petitioner No.1 Arvind Yadav be read as Petitioner No.2 "Arun Yadav".

The order dated 14.11.2017 is modified to the said extent.
