JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S.Case No. 103/2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of FIR it appears that the occurrence took place on account of land dispute between the parties. Although the petitioners have been named in the FIR, save and except petitioner no.1, there is no specific allegation against petitioner no. 2. The allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he snatched Rs. 500/- from the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have clean antecedent.
