20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 33/2019, registered for offence under Sections 341, 342, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, has prayed for grant of bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith three other persons covered the mouth of the victim with cloth and forcibly took her on the motorcycle and started teasing her.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
