The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no. 7 to make payment of the due amount towards installation of Boring and Sump Well Pump and tube well Boring at Purnea jail by the petitioner. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, this Court deems it fit and proper to relegate the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17212 of 2016 dt.17-12-2018 2/2 petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the respondent no. 7 and in case, such a representation indicating the claim therein, is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 7 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
