Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.258 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
